I am trying to get a dedicated server and do a perfect setup of fedora core and LAMP and Ispconfig. One of the questions asked to me when setting up a server was All have 128MB boot & 2GB swap - select the remaining space partition Options are 2 GB in /var and rest in / 60GB in /var and rest in / or Custom This is an 80Gb server and I plan to host 5 or 6 websites on it . Can you advise me which is the best option to go for and also why. Thank you in advance Onesimpleman
If you want to install ISPConfig, you should try this option: because ISPConfig installs the web sites in /var, and the emails and MySQL databases will be stored there as well.
