ISPConfig CP not responding

I'm having a problem connecting to my ISPConfig Control Panel and was hoping I could get some help/advice on how to diagnose and fix the problem.

I host a couple of sites using it and the sites all still work, but when I try to hit the control panel, either on the normal address of mynode.myvps.com:81 or any of myworkingdomain.com:81 the request simply times out.

The server is up and running (as evidenced by the hosted sites working), but I'm just not sure what the hell I'm doing with regards to checking the ISPConfig Apache is up, running or restarting it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Rar.
    Found it.

For anyone else, to restart the CP :

    /etc/init.d/ispconfig_server restart

I suppose that's most likely in the manual... perhaps I should actually go and read it ;)
