Hi. How can i enable shell access for users on an existing site? I added the site using individual settings and did not enable it at the time. Now i need to do so but when i edit the site the shell access option is not there! Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance. Gonçalo Marrafa.
If the site belongs to a reseller, you must give the reseller the permission first to allow shell access.
Thanks for your reply. I am logging in as a reseller. The problem is that the Shell access option is not there!
Then you must ask the administrator to give you shell access rights for your reseller account. If the server is not configured with SSH chrooting, he will most likely not enable shell access.
