New Project and any Problems

Hi,

at the Time i testet a new System.
I have two Server. Server 1 make Webserver Mails etc. (with ISPConfig) and Server 2 must Host the Files (Webs) from Server 1.
I mount the FileSystems with NFS and Server 1 copy his Files on Server 2. When a User connect with FTP on his Web see the Files (on Server2).

The Problem.
All Files on Server 2 at user and Group noboby. The WebUser can't delete or Create Files.
How can i fix the Problem ?
I tested with NIS Server and Client but the Client sending not the Changes to Server2 (NIS Master Server)
Software is on Server1 and Server2 SuSe10.2.

Note!
Later i will any Server use this FileServer( Server2). In ISPConfig can i say where start the UserID and GroupID, i think thats is not the Problem.

Is nobody the user/group that you use to NFS-mount the directories?

 

yes user and group noboby and the dir ist mounted with NFS

 

Maybe you must use another user/group so that your web user has write permissions.

 

sorry and how ? And i have many diffrent users on the system.
