Bandwidth?

I am really looking at hosting multiple websites for people. What kind of connection should I be looking at. Speed wise how much? Let's say it will be anything from flash based sites to minimal texted based sites and anything in between.

I think right now I have 1Mb upload now.

How about recommending some good dedicated server companies?

 

I've used XLHost.com in the past, in fact have a server over there now. Never had a problem, and they are quick to get servers up/upgrades/work done.
