Hi. I have started installing my SuSE server pr. the good instruction from Falko. The problem is here, and it's when I start the SuSEconfig, where it's written to be started unde rthe Apache section: HTML: # SuSEconfig Starting SuSEconfig, the SuSE Configuration Tool... And also when I start Apache : HTML: /etc/init.d/apache2 start Starting httpd2 (prefork) Syntax error on line 101 of /etc/apache2/server-tuning.conf: Invalid command 'BrowserMatch', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration The command line was: /usr/sbin/httpd2-prefork -f /etc/apache2/httpd.conf -DSSL failed I think it's because I handedited the main.cf file mentioned up in the documentation for the server setup ??. /dspuser
It was /etc/postfix/master.cf, that was edited. Not the main.cf, but it's a problem with main.cf, that I havne't touched: -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 27817 May 23 20:04 main.cf -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 27806 May 23 20:09 main.cf.SuSEconfig /dspuser
Hello anyone. I really hope that there is any help for my problem. I don't think the message I received when I ran SuSEconfig is serious. I have the idea from other threads in this forum. Anyway, I do send my main.cf and master.cf, as I think they are not quite ok. My domain is urbakken, dk, and the name of the server is set to server 1 - server1.urbakken.dk But the most serious problem I see is the problem with Apache, that I cnanot get started. I again show the problem further down the lines. Thanks! /dspuser
With reference to the Invalid command 'default.apsx', I can see, that its ok spelled. Then it may be a module not included in the configuration, but how to see what module it is ? less httpd.conf |grep default.aspx default.aspx /dspuser
First, this problem has nothing to do with Postfix, don't let you fool by the output of SuSEconfig. What's in the APACHE_MODULES line in /etc/sysconfig/apache2?
@falko I got it. A friend of my could see it imediately. It was the las part of : DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.shtml index.cgi index.php index.php5 index.php4 index.php3 index.pl index.html.var index.aspx default.aspx You cannot see here, but the "default.aspx" had jumped one line down, and therefor the problem with the start up of apache Thanks for your reply. /dspuser
I can get it I cant get it, not as per heading Starting httpd2 (prefork) Syntax error on line 101 of /etc/apache2/server-tuning.conf: Invalid command 'BrowserMatch', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration The command line was: /usr/sbin/httpd2-prefork -f /etc/apache2/httpd.conf -DSSL AQny Idea how to fix it? madmac
