Hi I would like to move a currently configure sited to a new reseller, how do I assign the site to the reseller account? Thanks
Change group (group field in the clienz settings form) of the client to which the site belongs to the new reseller.
The only option I get is admin in the group setting. The reseller is listed under the reseller folder. Any other ideas?
I can see the group option with the drop down box. However, the only option in the drop down box is admin. The box does not give me a list of resellers to choose from.
I have a single single group call admin and under that I have folder callred reseller. In that folder I have created the new reseller I want to assign the account to.
Are you sure that you created a reseller an not a client? If you store a client in the reseller folder, it does not become a reseller. You must create a reseller, it does not matter where you store it.
