2.000 subdomains

I must move a site with beyond 2.000 subdomains on a VPS with ispconfig.

The subdomains refer all to the relative folder in the root.
http://www.subdomains1.domain.it => http://www.domain.it/subdomains1
http://www.subdomains2.domain.it => http://www.domain.it/subdomains2
http://www.subdomains3.domain.it => http://www.domain.it/subdomains3

Since it's humanly impossible to recreate them all by hand, there is the possibility to import them in fast way?
