Hi, i've this scenario with a big problem domain 1 www.mydomain.com domain 2 booking.mydomain.com under www.mydomain.com i need to set a virtualdirectory to take all files from the same path of booking.mydomain.com. In this case using www.mydomain.com/booking/ will be the same things to use booking.mydomain.com I set it using alias of apache but now i got a forbidden access cause i suppose the owner is web10 and using www.amalfiguide.com/booking/ im accessing using web20 There is any solution for this? Login to ispconfig and add a new aliasdomain "booking.mydomain.com" to the website www.mydomain.com and remove the alias that you have setup in apache manually.

Every website has its own linux user for security reasons. If you want to have more then one domain in a ssl site, you can e.g. use wildcard ssl certificates which include all subdomains or multi domain ssl certificates which include multiple domains.
