I've created a new theme called "pleskish" and when going into tools > user settings > design and selecting "pleskish" and hitting save, the new theme is working and I can navigate around successfully. However if I log out and back in, then the default theme is shown, despite pleskish being shown in tools > user settings > design. Its almost as if something is overriding the users choice when they log in.
