3 questions....dns and postfix

1.Where i can put,in ispconfig, simple line:

allow-recursion { our-nets; };

beacose,when some of my reseler change some on dns or create domain,my dns stop working for my clients.I mean,where is script who make default dns set in /var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf.

2.how to disable dns loggin....when 1 thing is hapen..and when i didn`t look in few hours,my logwatch in linux get oversize..almost 8 mb...

3.what this bold mean in log for postfix:
