    Hello

    I get this error trying to sending mail to my server ("550 relay not permitted"). Email authentication in customers side is enabled. Here is my mail.log

    Well, I found the error. Maybe a bug of ispconfig?

    In "Email Routing" was set to 213.133.107.241 BUT this rule was deactivated days ago. When you unset the small active checkbox it seems don't work. I have re-check and I can confirm this issue, I am using ispconfig 3.0.3.2 (fresh updated from 3.0.3.1). Can anyone test it in his server?

    Best regards!

    Please check the file /etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_transports.cf

    it should contain like this:

    additional_conditions = and active = 'y' and server_id = 1

    which enforces that postfix reads only active rules.
