Hello...i have set the quota for a reseller user to 5000Mb and it has two sites, one 800Mb and the other 1024Mb. When trying to upload some file to it, i keep getting "552 Transfer aborted. Disk quota exceeded". In the ISPConfig control pannet, in the statistics section i get this... and in the account CP y get this... Any idea?... Thanks a lot...
Set the quota limit of the admin user to a higher limit so that it is the same then the website quota.
Thanks a lot...the admin user has this space: the reseller has this space asigned And the final user has this space asigned that is what i can not understand...!!!...i have plenty of space available...!!!
I just received this email from ISPConfig engine...i think... It seems that in somewere the quota has not been changed... maybe this helps to solve the error...
You posted the diskspace for the reseller and use, but you must set the diskspace for the website and for the user to 5000 MB. The reseller limit is only used in the ISPConfig interface and it is not a linux quota. Also check the file /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/ispconfig.log for errors.
OK...i thinked that the "diskspace" field is for setting the quota limit for resellers and users... How to solve the quota issue? Thanks.
Thanks for your advise...the issue is that i think I´m allready done that...look at the screenshots...
Which screenshots? Above, you posted the diskspace for the reseller and the user but not for the website.
Thanks for your advise...the issue is that i think I´m allready done that... look at the screenshots... The first one is the admin view of the reseller account "Martin", it has 5000 MB of disk space asigned. The second is the reseller view of the site "www.mgsconectiva.com.ar" that has 1024Mb of disk space. What i´m doing wrong? Please advise. Thanks alot.
Ok, and now please show me the disk space that you assigned to the user where the administrator checkbox is enabled.
JAJAJA...that is the only thing i doesn't have changed... I reset it to 800 MB and it works ok. Thats a real good level of control..jejeje Thans for your advise.
