Hello, I have a problem with logging, both of log files, the one defined in vhost "/var/log/ispconfig/httpd/Doamin.tld/error.log", and the other on the site dir "/var/www/clients/clientXX/webXX/log/error.log" both is ZERO size. This is a default setup/configuration of "ISPConfig3" on "Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS".

The link you mentioned is about debugging ISPConfig itself. I'm talking about the websites created with ISPConfig. The error.log file for the client website is empty.
