I use ispconfig 3.2.12p1 on Debian11.11 I have some clients. One client told me that he could not access to Redirect or Backup tab because of ip limiting like below The IP cannot be changed. Please contact your administrator if you want to change the IPv4 address. How can i give him an access about that ? Regards
If you create a website for the client instead of letting the client create it or instead of using the login as client function to become the client user, some settings are protected from being changed by the client himself. You can switch this client protection feature off under System > interface > main config.
