About "Help" module to Support Tickets ?

    Hi.
    ISPConfig have a module or section with name "Help", this sections is used to offer help support to the "clients", so I don't know where can I configure this "section", to make "Recipients Service" for my "Resellers" ???

    In conclution I need create Group to offer a best support to my clients !

    A reseller is a client as well, so resellers can use the module to send you a help message.
