accessing ispconfig on domain name rather than ipaddress

I have multiserver setup on debian squeeze with ispconfig 3.0.5.4p8 and was wondering how to access ipconfig on
https://web.domain.com rather than https://myipaddress:8080/

I set a dns-record for web.mydomain.com that points to ipadress, that worked for a while, but I can no longer connect to web.mydomain.com. It just stopped working, I have deleted all the dns zones and created new ones, but its still the same. What can I try?

 

Seems like you did something wrong with the dns-zone.

 

ok, managed to get https://web.mydomain.com:8080 back, just deleted and added a new zone.
