    Hello,

when I issue certificate with acme.sh it is not copying certificates to website "ssl" directory, and overall not working I have to copy certificates manualy in web-gui ISPConfig.

    Is this known issue?

No, it is working generally fine. Check acme.sh log to find out why it fails on your system.

There is no error, certs are generated proeprly, just not added to ISPConfig automaticly I have to put them via gui manualy.

I will try force update ISPConfig maybe some bug.

To use Let#s encrypt, there must be no certs on the SSL tab of the website. So e.g. if you uploaded certs on SSL tab manually or even created a self-signed cert there, the LE will not work. You must remove certs on SSL tab and use 'Delete Certificate' action to remove the cert before you can start using Let's encrypt.
