    Hi all,

I have set up ISPConfig 2.2.23 to send out quota warning mails once the allocated storage space is low or used up.

For some strange reason the actually used space can be much lower than the one mentioned in the warning email (and obviously that email becomes triggered by that higher - but incorrect - counting).

Even when comparing the used space shown in the admin web interface with the details in the email the difference becomes clear (see attached screenshot).

How can I solve this issue?

    Thanks for your help!

It's possible that the used storage space includes the tmp files for antivirus and mailscanning found under /tmp .

Check the user ownership and size to see if that is the case.
