    Hello

is there anyway to add domain from ispconfig dashboard and automatically add conf file to Apache and to restart Apache to enable domain, without manual Sudo a2ensite ?

With ISPConfig I have never issued a2ensite after creating a website.

Yes, that is one of the primary use cases for ispconfig, if your system doesn't do that something is wrong. You can enable server debugging to see what might be wrong, see the end of the read before posting post for a link on how to do that

Maybe you unticked the 'active' checkbox of the website?

    Very strange !

When I'm adding a new website, every time I'm going to console and make :
    1. conf file for domain
    2. a2ensite of conf file

    Where is my mistake?

@Jesse Norell in #3 gave advice on how to find out where the mistake is. @till in #4 gave one possible reason for the behaviour you experience.
Other than that, how are you adding a website? Try Internet Search Engines with
    Code:
    site:youtube.com ispconfig adding website
for videos on how to add a website in ISPConfig panel.
