After filling the form and clicking 'Create DNS-Record', I am returned to the DNS-Zones screen without any records. However, if I add a new zone manually, it works." but in our case the installation is in KVM VM. Was Debian 10.5, ISPC v3.1.x and everything was working perfect. After update & upgrade to Debian 10.7, ISPC v3.2.1 the problem appears. Nothing in error.log file. Any help ? ... please ! ...
This is a known bug, you need to add a line to your template as a workaround, I think it is "dnssec_wanted = n"

Under DNS -> DNS Templates, you have all of your templates. "dnssec_wanted=n" should be added to all of those under the [ZONE] paragraph.
