This happens automatically during installation. The SSL cert is issued for the system's hostname, so take care to use the hostname for accessing the GUI. If you missed setting up the hostname correctly in DNS before you installed ISPConfig, then run: ispconfig_update.sh --force and choose to recreate the SSL cert during update.
