    Hi
I just added a new web alias domain to an existing site (I am using a wordpress multisite to host lots of sites/domains).
I left 'Don't add to Let's Encrypt certificate' checkbox unticked when I created the alias so I assumed that ispconfig would add the new domain to the certificate. Instead, when I am accessing the site, I get the message that the certificate is invalid and when I examine the certificate it is for one of the existing alias domains not this one.
Any suggestions how I might fix this?
    Thanks
PS Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (I know!), ISPConfig 3.1.15p3

Thanks till - that was a very prompt reply! I checked everyhting in the document and couldn't find anything wrong but simply checking 'Don't add to Let's Encrypt certificate' box, waiting for the certificate to be reissued and then unticking the box again has solved the problem :) I believe that the original issue may have been caused simply because the DNS had not yet propagated when I set up the alias...

Yes, athT#s a common issue as LE can only issue a cert for a domain or subdomain when it is able to verify it.
