added a site to my ispconfig. We're just hosting the www server alias. After I added the site (without the dns) all of my hosted sites are pulling the new site`s folder. I tested this by editing the generic html created by ispconfig. I changed the title to HELLO!. Visiting any of the sites that were already hosted get this welcome page. I assumed just adding a site would create a vhost record for apache.

The old sites data and folders are all still there. I just cant figure out why ISP config did this. I did go back and add a proper dns zone but the old sites are still broken, going to them just pulls up the new site.

Any idea how I fix this?

Fixed my own issue. I had accidentally set the IP of the site to the primary IP of the server. Apache then pushed all traffic destined for this IP to that site.
