My main server is getting full (dammed log files), i need to add a second hard disk as a "continued" disk (RAID 0 ?), i know linux can do it as i didit on my personal machine, but under gnome. How can I join the second hard disk to the first one using command line?
Why don't you just delete "dammed log files" ? I think that you can create JBOD (Just a Buch Of Disks) Array through BIOS ?
'cause i dont want a mirror disk, i want to add it to get the full size (200Gb+200Gb => 400gb hard disk). Plus.. the linux box is running under VMWare, ill add a new HD to the Windows Host and create a second virtual disk inside.
I think this LVM tutorial is interesting for you: http://www.linuxdevcenter.com/pub/a/linux/2006/04/27/managing-disk-space-with-lvm.html
