    Hello all,

so I have a question.. how do I add another hard drive? just plug it in?

my sites running fine.. but I'm noticing i am getting close to when I'll need more storage.. do I just plug a new harddrive in? or do I have to do something first?.. never done it before.. I see where I can select if the harddrives are pri or sec or cable select.. with two plugs on the cable kinda like the cd or dvd drives one or two.. deal is this the same way? just plug it in?or do I have to format or something?

    thanks

Do you use LVM? Because otherwise you'll have to mount the new drive in a separate partition, which means you can't use it for web sites, etc.

You have to format the hard drive. e.g. with
    Code:
    cfdisk
, before you can use it under Linux.
