adding nextcloud to deb12 ispconfig server - but subdomain vhost missing from ispconfig website tab?

    I was going to add a vhost on a new ispconfig install, but under websites tab we have subdomains and alias domains but what happened to the subdomain (vhost) tab? have i accidentally disabled it?
    following the nextcoud install on deb12, dont we want to create a vhost inside ispconfig?
    then the nextcloud.mydomain.com would make sense....

    If the vhost sub- and alias domains are visible in the menu, it depends on your chosen settings under System > Interface > main config.
