adding to junk removing from junk

    Hi,
    What is the current correct way of adding an email manually to junk list if spamassassin does not consider it junk?
    also, how to tell spamassassin that an email manually is not junk?
    setup = unbuntu 12 and ispconfig 3 - 3.0.5.4p8
