Hi, I have a multiserver setup with a single client, and multiple accounts having the same group, the group of the client. But only the first user (created with the client) is able to see databases, the others users (in the same group) cannot in their backoffice. Weird, maybe a bug ? There is no official feature to have more than one access user for a client Take a look at the additional users that you created in the sys_user table, do they have the correct client_id set in the client_id column (compare them with the "master" user of that client.
That was it, I changed the client_id of the user in the master database and the user can now see databases. THANKS A LOT !
