Hello, I have just migraded from a crashed server to a new one. I didn`t have any trouble login in to the control panel, nor the sql databases. All the websites load fine, email workes, phpmyadmin also but i can`t login anymore to the control pannel now. I looked on this foruum and found a post to reset it, but this doesn`t work.. could somebody please advise? Greetings Alex
Most likely the ispconfig login to the mysql database is wrong now. This happens e.g. when you overwrite existing users like the user "ispconfig" in the mysql.user database table. Did you make a backup of that table on the new server before you moved the old data over so that you can restore the ispconfig user? If not, you have to adjust the ispconfig mysql user password in the two config.inc.php files from ispconfig.
Ok, that are the files : root@ictweb:/usr/local/ispconfig/server/lib# dir app.inc.php config.inc.php remote_action.inc.php classes mysql_clientdb.conf Correct? what do i need to change? i changed the passwords in both files, changed the password in the sql database, but it doesn`t work.
