Hi! I just created a new ISPConfig user, and gave him admin rights under "System -> User Management -> CP Users -> Type = admin". However, this user cannot use the function "login as..." under the clients tab. When i click on it, the "ISPconfig is working" overlay shotly apperas, and then I get redirected to the Clients page, and not to the normal "Do you want to login as..." page. What can be the reason for this problem?
This function is for the admin user with userid 1 only, so what you try to do here do is not officially supported and tested. But it might be that it works when the user has the correct group permissions. Is your new user a member of the administrators group and does it have the administrators group as default group?
Hi, Yes, the user is a member of the admin group, and has admin as default. It still doesn't work however. It's not that big of a deal at the moment, but is it planned to add that feature in the future?
