I am not sure whether this has been implemented as I couldn't find anything in relation to it. We can for the time being use custom vhost but for all, not single domain. I wish there is a way to allow admin to create a single domain custom vhost as a whole, not just additional directives, so that this domain custom vhost will not be changed upon settings update or resync. A custom vhost file for a domain can be created and added to conf-custom folder something like nginx_www.domain.tld.vhost.master or apache_www.domain.tld.vhost.master. That being said, if anyone can direct me to the right file that relate to this idea, may be I can attempt to modify them myself instead adding this as a new feature?
