ä,ö,ü or ß will be displayed as ?

little question. I have installed ispconfig. But in html, php or other it display (in user sites) an ä,ö,ü or ß as ? or �
What can I do to stop this?

The last question for this. The apache in ISOconfig or the apapche in debian?

also with path cd ispconfi/httpd/...
or /etc/.....

On Debian Etch, the Apache configuration is in the /etc/apache2 directory.
