After server migration getting: postfix/bounce[0]: fatal: open file trace x: Permission Denied

    After my server migration I noticed that some mails were getting stuck in the queue. The /var/log/mail.err read:
    postfix/bounce[18044]: fatal: open file trace 8E0161321E: Permission denied
    I ran 'postfix set-permissions' and restarted. The problem disappeared.
