Do you have a high load on the server? Please check with top or uptime command.

i only got 10 sites on my ispconfig och a HP Proliant DL380G3 2x Xeon CPU and 6gb RAM. it should not be a problem.

and i have not done anything beside upgrade to 2.2.36 today, o only got a script that take backup at night on all webs and DB.

i can only find this in /var/log/apache2/error.log
