    Hi Folks,

I searched for the answer to this, but maybe I was using the wrong search terms.

I recently started using ISPConfig as a mail server (Postfix). I had been offloading mail to another server before.

My question is this: How can I configure one e-mail address to point to multiple mailboxes?

    Thanks in advance,

    G

You can add multiple forward addresses in the forward field of the mailbox, one email address per line.

    OK, Thanks, I'll try that.

I hadn't thought about forwarding. The last mail server I was using allowed me to create groups of users with the group having its own e-mail address. Then I just added the desired users to the group and any e-mail sent to the group would go to all the members.

Is there any similar functionality in ISPConfig? Or do you just use forwarding?

    Thanks again,

    G

    No, unfortunately not.

That's OK. I just created a new user with the desired alias name and then set the forward lines for each desired recipient.

    Thanks again for your help,
