All folders showing as unwritable in Joomla

    This is a old joomla site with php5.45.
    I have updated the user/client permissions correctly.
    including chmod 755/644
    but still seeing all folders as un-writable and not able to upload any file.
    Not able to make what else I can check.
    also checked lsattr - only I can "e" attribute.
    quota is also fine as I can see only 235 mb out of 2GB

    Ensure the website has suexec enabled with ph-fpm or fastcgi mode.
