don't know what''s happen, but all my website at 17hr are down. Reboot the server but nothing, I can just go in ispconfig panel. Any idea to resolve this problem ping mywebsite.com : nothing. Tk

If ISPConfig panel works, what does the Monitor tab show? Are the services running? What exacly is the ping command returning? I bet it does print out something. If you on your workstation edit the hosts file to add the website address and IP-number of your server, can you then access the website? https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/how-to-access-a-site-by-ip.43372/
