Please post the exact error messages, that you get in the apache / nginx error.log and in the error.log's of the affected websites.
You have set a wrong directory for moodledata in your moodle configuration. The directory should be: /var/www/clients/client1/web1/private/moodledata and not /var/www/clients/client1/web1/moodledata, as there may be no custom directories in /var/www/clients/client1/web1. Directories that shall be accessible by http shall be in /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/ and directories to store data shall be in /var/www/clients/client1/web1/private/ additionally, there seem to be a some directories missing from moodle and there are alos errors about a wrong database user or password in the moodle config.
