All my sites are deleted (folder /var/www) and I have no backup! Is there any tool to get back lost data? I have only left these folders and files left: /web[ID]/web index.html and other (maildir, spamassasi...).
Please tell me what shoul I do now...

Yesterday I changed permission to one folder /var/www/web1/web/folder1/folder2
    chmod 660 folder2
    chgrp 10002 folder2
    chmod +s folder2
    chmod 777 folder2
    chgrp 10002 folder2
    chmod 2770 folder2
but all sites still worked fine...

    Hi

Disconnect server and restore servers with disk rescue tools / software.
Letting system write ontop of those "deleted" folders will make dataloss permanent.

A good sysadmin should always keep backups of data on at least one backup server.

There's a good guide on howtoforge on rdiff-backups which I personally use.

yes, I had backup week ago, but I deleted this partition. First off all I changed root password. What rescue tool should i use? I can access my server viaputty and vncviewer...

It seems that this is permission problem because gparted shows that dev/sdb1 (this disk is mounted to /var/www and I use this disk only for web files) have only 20GB left from 76GB and data is not deleted.
What should I do first? I think it is ISPconfig who deleted files because my Vhosts_ispconfig.conf do not show newest sites created week ago...

I don't think so. If ISPConfig doesn't create sites, this means that you've probably misconfigured your server. Which distribution are you using?
