Example site with http and with https:
    ---------------
    Welcome to your website!
This is the default index page of your website.
This file may be deleted or overwritten without any difficulty. This is produced by the file index.html in the web directory.

Did you delete the index.html file? Index.html has a higher priority then e.g. index.php. so if you have both files, delete index.html.

Please remove the links from your post. Thanks!

Yes, Index.html was removed. There are no index.html files (While it seems that there is a)..
Seems that php files not opened only, AND opened in https only.
    for example file robots.php (robbots.txt):
    http://lovetoys.lt/robots.php
    https://lovetoys.lt/robots.php

(Please xheck, and I Will remove links)

All sites existing on that server is displayed default index.html file, although it should not be (website files are not loading). Such a feeling that appear strange/non existing index to all.
Cant find any similar cases in Google. I think here is something wrong with letsencrypt or PHP files permisions.
    Maybe somebody can help?
    Thank you!

What did you upgrade? ISPC or your linux distro or else? Can you do php -v and state its output (your php version) as well?

With that many errors I am not sure whether you did install things right. I read your other post on how you upgraded your debian that comes with php7.0 by mistake.

Are you downgrading your distro and try to restore your ISPC and websites? Or is this another server? If it is another server, what is the distro and its version and which server guide did you follow?

Excuse me for so many questions. Just want to make sure what are the exact problems before troubleshooting them.

    :)
    I have just reinstalled PHP..
Now all sites in this server shows phpinfo instead of index... (when accessing via http). When accessing via https - all sites shows wrong (alien) index .
    Example:
    http://sms4.pro
    https://sms4.pro
Now Im fully understand nothing.. :)
Maybe there are something wrong with LetsEncrypt?... And needs to remove/reinstall?

But php -v output now withouth errors..

It is common that the system will inform you if it is re-installing all the packages as they are or with other dependencies or with some new packages. That's how you would know what are missing in the first place. If you didn't get it, just ignore it. So long your server is working fine, it doesn't matter, at least for now. ;)

I have purge/ all php modules completely, installed it again. Reinstalled everything. Now is no errors there but no one site still not working. There are php info instead of index for all sites.
    Example:
    http://sms4.pro
    https://sms4.pro

There could be other things that you have to reinstall. Try service apache2 restart first.
