Alternate operating system from SuSE 10.2 on Debian lenny ~ help please!!

i would like SUSE 10.2 on Debian lenny change. What should i do?? I want all the data. thanks to rini90 for additional.

He tries to chance the Os from suse to debian and wants to know if and how he can move his whole data from Isp to the new OS incl. the whole websites, mailaccounts, and ftp-accounts.
So what does he have to do? He needs a step by step introduction
