amavisnewsql SquirrelMail plugin

I have installed Virtual Users And Domains With Postfix, Courier And MySQL (+ SMTP-AUTH, Quota, SpamAssassin, ClamAV on debian sarge according to this manual:

I'm using SquirrelMail version 1.4.4 to check mails and it works well.

Now I've installed amavisnewsql SquirrelMail plugin:

and have a question to the config.php file

in the config.php should be changed and I don't know how.
I'm using mysql

 

Isn't there a README or INSTALL file in the .tar.gz?
