Anti-Spam/Virus for RHEL4/5

Hi All,

I am using RHEL4 and RHEL5 as live servers. I was just thinking there isnt any Anti-Spam/Virus software installed at my linux servers. I have no idea about any Anti-Spam/Virus software for individual or corporate environment for RHEL.
Can any body suggest me if there any options available? which one is best? and I will really appreciate if i can get any manual.

There is spamassassin and clamav, there are lots of howtos on configuring them here on howtoforge.

Should work for RHEL5, too.
