Is there really nothing we can do in ISPConfig 2 to filter spam on forwards? Is there no work around to this limitation? I have a few clients that forward their emails that are serviced by us. let's say @myserver.com. They forward to their personal email they like to use, let's say @home.com. But now the @home.com admin keeps blocking our server saying we are forwarding spam and they won't change this until we fix it on our end. Any solutions? thanks
Spam is filtered by a procmail recipe but procmail recipes are invoked when a email is delivered to a mailbox and not when a email is forwarded. ISPConfig 3 uses a different approach on spam filtering so it can filter forwarded emails but in ispconfig 2 this is not possible.
