Leave SE-Linux disabled. This is a prerequisite if you want to run ISPConfig and many other software (see perfect setup guide) as the default SELinux rules are very strict and deny the normal usage of many software. SELinux denies access for many services like apache or dovecote end prevents them from functioning. If you really want to use the software with SELinux, you will have to build custom SELinux rules for all running services incl. ISPConfig.
