    root@:/var/www# service apache2 restart
Syntax error on line 178 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/100-MYWEBSITE.com.vhost:
SSLCertificateFile: file '/var/www/clients/client1/MYWEBSITE.com/ssl/MYWEBSITE.com.crt' does not exist or is empty
    Action 'configtest' failed.
The Apache error log may have more information.
    failed!

I've removed every files in the folder /var/www/clients/client1/MYWEBSITE.com/ssl/ because the certificate generated was always the self-signed and I had my Comodo... But now I cant access ispconfig anymore to configure the ssl again...

    How to fix this ?

all you hat to do is to insert your comodo cert and the corresponding key in ispconfig and chose "save certificate" as action.

detete the website config file in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/, then start apache, login to ispconfig and do what I suggested above.
