Apache: one file at a time

    Hi folks,

I'm hosting a site that manages personal profiles with photos and video for a casting services company.

In some pages, you're presented with a list of people and links to their videos, all nicely zipped in order to force download.

The problem is they donwload one at a time. The average user would click on 6 or 8 links and download the files to view later or present the videos to coworkers for pre-selection. But in my standard ISPConfig-Apache2 configuration, you have to wait for a download to end, to start receiving the next file.

Is there somewhere I can edit to allow multiple downloads per client in Apache?

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers,
    Andres

I have this problem in Firefox. If I download two files at the same time from the same Firefox window, I cannot download further files until one of the first two downloads is finished. I don't think this is related to the server configuration. I think it's a limitation in the browser...

I think Opera has a default of 4 concurrent downloads... but you can change that in the settings if I'm not mistaken. So you should also be able in your browser to set that somewhere.
