These are just warnings, nothing that prevents apache from working correctly. Please run: /etc/init.d/apache2 start
No. Thats not normal. Do you have any other errors in the apache error.log, such as segfaults after the apache server has gone down?

Please try to find a solution in the forum by using the search before you post http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14323&highlight=unknown+filter But as I posted in the second post of this thread, these are just warnings and not related to the problem that your apache server stops.
