    Hi all.
Recently i've finally can install vtiger_crm5 beta2 on my local system with ubuntu 6 LAMP
now, i need to make it accesible from anywhere. the problem for me its i've copied the httpd.conf from our public server (it uses apache2 and RHE) but it doesńt work.
now, i have the original apache2.conf file.
How can i make my private address a public address?
i've been trying for my router, but it doesnt work.
now i know i must to configure apache2.conf, but i don't know how.

    thx

    Use the Ubuntu Apache configuration.
You must forward port 80 from your router to your Ubuntu system. Then people can access the web site(s) on your Ubuntu system by typing your router's public IP address into their browsers.

I did it, by routing on my USR-router , but really i dont know if is by this ooption (the most similar) and it doesnt work.
i know that it can be added my private ip to apache and some other things that i dont know.
so i cant did it work by using my router.
    any other ideas?

FInally i've found the forwarding option. however, my question is:
whats the ip i must provide in the field? my ubuntu system ip or my public ip(the one that appears when capturing ip)? and which of these must type who want view my vtiger_crm?

The IP address of your Ubuntu system.

    Your public IP address.
